Donna Schuck, director of development

As director of development, Donna provides leadership and support for the Foundation’s asset development efforts in a 5 ½ county area from Snyder County to lower-Luzerne County. Donna is primarily responsible for relationship management of existing and new donors to CSCF and its affiliates, the Sunbury Area Community Foundation and the Selinsgrove Area Youth Foundation. She promotes and facilitates charitable giving, both current and planned, from existing, new and prospective donors. She often acts in consultation with donor advisors, including attorneys, accountants, financial advisors; and coordinates and develops continuing education events for advisors, donors, and interested community members. Prior to joining the Foundation, Donna served as regional director of advancement for Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries and a development associate at Geisinger Health System. Donna has a Master of Education from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science form West Virginia University. In her early career she was a certified audiologist and instructor of undergraduate and graduate students at Marshall University, Huntington WV and Radford University, Radford, VA.
