CSCF Board

Audit Committee

This committee Monitors the integrity of the financial statements and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and, chooses an independent auditor to complete a comprehensive annual audit.

Development Committee

The Development Committee meets quarterly and is responsible for directing and implementing the asset development plan for the Foundation which includes stewarding donor relationships, creating public awareness, and the cultivation of new donors.  This committee leads the board’s participation in all development and donor related activities and helps to actively engage board members in this process.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee meets quarterly with The Foundation’s investment advisors to monitor investment performance and guide investment policies.   The finance committee also reviews the budget performance and statements of cash flow.

Governance Committee

Governance prioritizes the quality and future viability of the board of directors.  The committee sets expectations and assesses progress for individual board members and the board; implements a comprehensive strategy to identify, recruit and educate new board members; and, takes the lead role in succession planning, CEO evaluation and policy development.

Berwick Health and Wellness Fund Advisory Committee

The Advisory Committee is charged with evaluating grant applications from the Berwick Health and Wellness Fund service area for competitive and strategic initiatives.  The committee monitors community strengths and needs, conducts interviews with applicants and makes site visits as needed to verify progress.
